Caye Jewelry ensures the high-end quality of our pieces and offers a lifetime warranty on all items. This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as chain repair, clasp repair, and prong repair. It does not cover missing stones or issues resulting from normal wear and tear, such as scratches and dents. If your piece needs some care, we would be happy to polish and clean it for you at a nominal cost.
If your jewelry has been damaged, please email us at info@cayejoaillier.com , and we will have our jewelers examine the piece. After the examination, a member of our team will contact you with next steps. We can replace any missing stones and lost parts for a fee, and we will do our best to repair your piece as quickly and affordably as possible.
Please note, we cannot accept items that have been repaired by another jeweler, as this will void the warranty.
Girl, let me break it down for you!
18KT gold is like the VIP of the jewelry world. It's got more pure gold than 14K, so it's richer and more luxurious.
Plus, it's less likely to cause skin reactions because it has less mixed alloy.
So, if you're all about that bling without the drama, 18KT is where it's at. Treat yourself!
We hate to WAIT for jewels.
That’s why our delivery times are especially quick to make sure that you can play with your jewelry sooner than you think.
Go ahead, get excited: your pieces will arrive 5-7 days after placing your order!*
*If the piece you have ordered is back-ordered or is made to order, a member of our team will contact you with an approximate delivery date.
If you are creating a made to order piece, the wait will be a little longer, alas. Your perfect piece will be ready in 2-4 weeks.
Our team will try to send you some updates on the crafting of your bespoke piece.
Before the fun begins, all shipments require a signature upon delivery so please make sure that the address you send it to is the best location for you to receive it.
Each piece is packed in a Caye box with a Caye pouch. Check out what a Caye unboxing looks like.
We hope you are incredibly delighted with your purchase. If you are not, we accept returns for unworn jewelry in its original condition within 7 business days of receiving the item.
If you would like to return your piece, send us an email at ayesha@cayejoaillier.com requesting your return label.
Please include the order number, the address that the jewelry will be shipped from and the email address associated with your Caye account.
You will receive a full refund as long as the jewelry is:
- Unworn
- Has no signs of wear or damage
- In its original condition with labels (if there are any!)
- In all original packaging (box and pouch included)
Please note we will deduct a nominal fee of $30 on all returns, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Sorry, we don’t do exchanges, just refunds.
See our Return Policy here.
The movement makes our pieces more delicate than traditional jewelry.
- Exercise caution when exercising and don't wear the rings under gloves (especially boxing gloves: Ayesha tried and doesn't recommend it. Ouch!)
- We recommend that you talk someone else into washing your dishes and cleaning your house but if that’s not happening, take off your rings while cleaning and play the music really loud.
- Apply perfume and lotion before you put on your jewelry to ensure it stays nice and shiny. Lotion can stick to the mechanism and prevent your diamonds from sliding smoothly.
- Clean your Caye by soaking it in a bowl of warm water with a tiny bit of dish soap. Air dry on a soft cloth.
- If disaster strikes and you need something repaired, please contact us at ayesha@cayejoaillier.com and include your name, best contact email, best contact number, your order number, a description of the damage to your item and how it occurred, and the address for where your repaired item will be shipped.
- Once we receive your repair request, a member of our jewelry hospital team will contact you shortly.
- We can’t guarantee that repairs will be possible if you do something totally reckless so be good to your jewelry!
- If you damage a component and it must be replaced, we’ll attempt to match the original as closely as we can.

Depending on what kind of jewelry you're looking for, you might want to consider a specific shade of gold.
The most common types of gold in jewelry are white gold, yellow gold, and rose gold.
While I/we highly encourage stacking your jewelry with various metal finishes, let's try to figure out which one looks best on your skin tone.
